Philadelphia Anti-Homeless Bill Put on Hold

Several area groups, including Project H.O.M.E. and the Poor People’s Economic Human Rights Campaign came to Dilworth Plaza today to protest Bill 110386. Speakers including Sister Mary Scullion of Project H.O.M.E., Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell and Green Party Sheriff candidate Cheri Honkala, spoke mic-less to a crowd of about 80. Many in the audience were homeless.
